Family & Consumer Science is available to students in every grade level at Neshaminy High School.  The focus of the curriculum involves the interrelationships between personal wellbeing, family, community, and career.  F.C.S. integrates the knowledge taught in other disciplines and applies it to real-life experiences while preparing students to be proactive in managing life’s emerging and challenging issues.  F.C.S. equips students for the future:  functioning as family members, consumers, citizens, and wage earners by providing opportunities to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors necessary to be successful in today’s society.
