Many of the Common Rules and Procedures that help make Herbert Hoover Elementary School run smoothly are included in the many pages of this section of the web page.  The Parent/Student Handbook, and Discipline Code contain a complete listing of all of the rules and procedures that are in effect for the 2011-2012 school year.  Each year the handbooks are reviewed and revised to meet the ever changing needs at Herbert Hoover.
